How does the deposit work?

Deposit is non-refundable but goes toward the total cost of the shoot. Remaining half of deposit is due 24 hours prior to shoot time, delivered electronically.

What should I wear?

Wear what makes you feel most like yourself. What works best for landscape portraits is black, white, or neutral/muted solid colored clothing. All clothing, accessories, and makeup must be discussed prior to shoot. Many shoot locations require hiking short distances. Please bring appropriate footwear and clothing that can be changed out of once we arrive at shoot location.

What is the turnaround time for images?

All images will be emailed via a Dropbox link within 1-2 weeks of shoot.

The Brand Social Media Package asset delivery date will be decided in contract.

What resolution images do I get?

All images delivered are screen resolution only and will not exceed 96 dpi. High resolution files may be purchased for an additional $200. Custom Wall Art and Decor may be ordered through Cloudbones.

How can I purchase products for my home with my images?

Acrylic Wall Art, Metal Wall Art, Acrylic Photo Blocks, and Coasters are available for purchase directly through Cloudbones.

What if I want additional images or edits?

A la carte hourly rate is $250 for any additional shooting, editing, or retouching.
